Challenge
As a start-up, GTI was looking for a marketing company that could deliver on three fronts. Firstly, to identify the essential marketing components required to get the business off the ground within a tight timeframe. Secondly, to articulate the various briefs required to ensure the deliverables were on point and, finally, to take on the overarching role as the outsourced marketing manager and oversee each project from conception to completion.
Solution
With a business model that allows us to scale up as required, we were able to run simultaneous projects to ensure quick turnaround without compromising on quality of deliverables. Once the company name was established we moved on to the development of their corporate identity including new logo, colour palette, website and PowerPoint templates. We worked closely with the client to build relevant content and professional videos for LinkedIn engagement. In all we called on six marketing experts across six countries to help complete this exciting project - the client only ever having to deal with one point of contact.
